In my Visual Communication 2 class during my Junior year of college, we were asked to recreate the cover of a book series that we thought lacked a strong design. Personally, I've always thought that the original Jurassic Park books cover's did not harmonize with the complexity and intensity of the story that it contains, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to make some improvements. For each cover, I chose a dinosaur footprint that I thought was most often described in each specific story, and also added the colors in which I thought expressed the overall emotion in that specific book.
