This is a project from my Typography 2 class during my Junior year of college in which we were tasked with creating a unique calendar design. With this prompt, I decided to create a Michigan survival guide that for each given month tracks what region would be ideal for survival, the most likely weather conditions, a method of creating shelter, the natural food and water sources in an area, and the best methods of finding food throughout each part of the month. I included very vibrant colors in each panel to grab the attention of the viewer, and complimented it with a very informational and easy to understand layout that makes it useable for anyone.
