This piece is a one of one design that I made over the course of a week during the summer of 2024. With this project, I wanted to see what I could make with absolutely no prompt or context. Whenever I am making a design there is always some sort of purpose behind it, or a direction that I can fall back on if I ever get lost throughout the process. So, with my little to no background in abstract art, I wanted to see where my mind could take me. I started off by using colors that I found the most appealing and making very simple patterns that randomly popped into my head. I eventually made this pattern that you see down below, and decided to expand on it bit by bit. Overall I feel that I achieved a very comforting piece that perfectly resembles my inner style as a designer.
